WHAT WE DO
With a focus on residential design, we are passionate about integrating architecture and interior design to create spaces for our clients which are considered both inside and out. From extensions, loft conversions, restoration and new builds, we provide a range of services within Hampshire, London and across the UK.
We understand that engaging an architect can be a daunting prospect and we want to change that. With a transparent and collaborative approach throughout the process from concept design through to completion on site, we aim to take care of everything.
Projects can be unpredictable and more often than not, unforeseen issues will occur. You won't regret having a team on hand to guide you through the process.
FULL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE
We take projects from their earliest conception, initially establishing the brief and developing concept designs. Taking the preferred design a step further, we prepare the planning application, liaising with your local authority and other consultants on your behalf.
Once a successful planning approval has been granted, we will develop the tender package to allow for multiple contractors to quote for the work. We will also develop the package of information required by building control.
We will then manage the project on site on your behalf.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Most of our clients are time poor and as they might only carry out one project of this nature in their lifetime, lack the understanding to manage a project through construction.
We can manage the day-today progress on site, ensuring key deadlines are met so you don't have to. As contract administrators, we can act on your behalf throughout the process, assisting with the appointment of contractors, structural engineers, health and safety advisors, party wall surveyors and any other consultants required to ensure the successful delivery of your project.
BESPOKE JOINERY DESIGN
Storage is always an issue for clients and built-in joinery can maximise the potential in a bespoke way.
We understand the detail and materials required to ensure that once constructed, the result is not only beautiful but functional.
INTERIOR DESIGN
We provide a full interior design service to suit your budget - offered independently or alongside your architectural project.
We specify all fixtures, fittings and finishes, including moodboards to help you to visualise the scheme.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Not sure what your options are in terms of making the best use of your space? Whether to extend, convert your loft or simply reconfigure the existing space. This is one off consultation in your home or potential home where we can advise on what your options are and how best the space could be utilised.

SPECIFICATION
The finishing touches are so important to us and we believe they ensure the end result is everything you hoped it would be.
We specify and source all fittings and finishes from sanitaryware to flooring, tiling, lighting and electrical items to furniture, soft furnishings, artwork and everything in between. All combined into one shopping list.
