New Build Infill Site
Developer led client, wishing to develop a skinny end of terrace infill site in a busy London borough.
The design of this one bed home seeks to integrate the building within it's context while providing a contemporary design solution, with light coloured brickwork, timber cladding, zinc roof and aluminium windows and metalwork.
A curved rear facade opens onto a sunken courtyard to provide privacy for it's inhabitants and neighbours alike.
Currently in planning stage.

Extension & Loft Conversion
This traditional terraced home has been in the clients family for years. Having taken ownership, the client who is a young professional, wants to improve the layout to suit a more modern lifestyle.
Adding an extension at ground floor to create an open plan space and adding a dormer extension to the loft to create a more appropriate master suite.
The project has recently received planning approval.

Extension & Reconfiguration
The clients are a couple who have recently made the move out of London to Dorset. The aim is to maximise the potential of this end of terrace property with commercial unit below in Chelsea.
Spread across five storeys. The intention is to create a new more appropriate side access to the main house, create an infill extension to the rear and replace the existing roof structure with a mansard roof.
Having previously been granted planning approval, we will be developing the detailed design package, follow us to see how the design develops.
We also have the pleasure of working with our clients on their home in Dorset.

Bungalow to Two Storey
The clients are a young couple who want to increase the size of their bungalow to suit family life. With the addition of two lovely boys, more bedrooms are a must.
This is an ambitious scheme involving the introduction of an additional storey on top of their existing bungalow. They wanted to maintain a traditional style while improving the overall appearance of the property.
Recently received planning approval.

Working closely with interior designers Osborne Hodge to develop the detailed joinery design package to allow for construction.

CLIENT | NEWMARKET CAMBRIDGE
House Extension & Reconfiguration
The project involves the restoration, reconfiguration and extension to this beautiful substantial victorian home in Cambridge.
The existing layout needed to be upgraded from basement up to second floor to suit the needs of the new owners. A new ground floor extension will enhance the connection to a new landscaped garden.
The energy performance of the property is a key consideration for the client so we have opted for internal wall insulation, MVHR and air source heat pumps. All windows will be upgraded along with the roof insulation.
Planning permission has been granted and the project is currently awaiting construction.

Reconfiguration & Interior Design
The client recently purchased this beautiful one bed Victorian flat in Brighton.
The proposed design involves reconfiguring the existing space to create an open plan kitchen, dining and living room - exposing a full curve which is currently split between two separate spaces.
Currently in the detailed design stage.
